I eat so much celery, it is literally my favourite snack! Although it's not the most filling, it's extremely low in calories;less than 15 calories for approximately one cup. Apples are great too. Rice crackers are low in calories and come in lots of flavors as well.

I literally can relate to this on so many levels. I am a little underweight but far from living an active lifestyle, and I'm trying eat as well as possible.I get kinda irritated when people are like "why are you eating a salad? you're sooooo skinny you could eat whatever you want" like I just don't even bother explaining…

Oh my gosh I can totally relate to this! I always feel the need to have chocolate ugh. And then I feel bad for eating crap so I try and eat less of everything else. It's a **** cycle, and it's so unhealthy :(

Wow you sound really healthy! Make sure you are getting enough calories in order to have sufficient workout results. I find it so much harder to have an effective workout if I haven't eaten enough that day, especially if a haven't had enough carbs, but maybe that's just me?

Good luck with all your health goals! I'm recovering from an eating disorder but trying my best to eat healthy and gain some healthy weight (and muscle!) I could help with any sort of workouts you need. Pilates is one of my favourite things :)

Ugh I hate this feeling. On days where I eat less I only do light workouts, I fell somewhat accomplished instead of exhausted, I also fell like workouts are way less successful at burning calories when you haven't eaten enough and you're tired. I know someone already said this, but FLEXIBILITY is sooo important. Good luck!

Make sure he eats lots of veggies and foods that are high in protein and iron. Suggest that he makes big smoothies for breakfast that you can put supplementary powders in (for nutrients). Also nuts and seeds, especially almonds. Good luck!
