  • my sister and i do one night of p90x for an hr. then the next night walk for an hr or more than the next night we do zumba for an hr. it seems to help alot. I have bigger thighs and bigger butt. Our work out plan seems to be working good for us.
  • muscle does not weigh more then fat 1 lb = 1 lb no matter what it is. I wouldnt beat myself up over it all. just eat under your calories and keep working out.   • i got mine at walmart for $129. i like it you can really feel it in your abs the first day you use it. an i find it easier to do it in shorts so my knees dont slip out of the knee spot.
