  • You got this girl. We are all here to help you along the way. I was in a similar situation and then was diagnosed with breast cancer. I just finished treatments and am determined to get back into good health. With the help of my friends on here, I am slowly making progress. I know you will too. :smile:
  • Congratulations on being cancer free. I am newly diagnosed and terrified that I too will put on weight. I worked hard to lose 20 lbs and so far have put back on 5 just from the stress of the diagnosis. I haven't even started the drugs yet. Would love to be friends.

  • I've never been part of a fitness website before but here goes. I have a long way to go but 10 lbs at a time sounds like a great way to start. I look forward to starting this new journey.
