To the plain greek yogurt try adding in a teaspoon of lemon curd or agave nectar as well to sweeten it up and of course whatever fresh fruit you have on hand, so very yummy!

I find myself speaking to my husband about my calories/food exactly like it is my 'budget' for the day...I guess I think this way because I am frugal with money so I am equally careful with my calories (now that I am keeping track of them that is).
