Intermittent fasting works for me. I've lost 17lbs so far. And kept it off, so don't let people tell you it doesn't work.

Yep. "Loosing weight" and "thights" are the most common spelling mistakes on weight loss forums, it seems.

I walk on it because it's kind of old and cheap, so running isn't exactly safe. But I'm say intervals of running and walking would be best, unless you can run the whole time, ha ha.

Everyone has different goals. If your goal is to be fit, not skinny, then good on you. Some people want to be skinny, some want to be fit, some just want to be healthy, some don't care, and some want to be muscular. It's good that you want to be fit, but that doesn't make being skinny a bad thing.

5'7 here, and my UGW is between 116-130, I can't decide, so when I get there I'll have a 14lb range to choose from :) Oh, I'm not 20, though, but close, I suppose

Oh, you know, give too much unwanted attention to whoever you're trying to creep out. Sexual innuendos, won't leave them alone, basically crossing over into stalker territory is the best way to be creepy. I don't suggest it though. Because it's creepy. :laugh:

The people on here who are telling you not to, or saying it won't help with weight loss, most likely haven't tried it at all. Intermittent fasting seems to be helpful in assisting with weight loss, and the reviews I've seen about it are positive. So if you're thinking about doing it, go for it.

When I reach 140lbs. My goal is to lose more than that, but when I'm at 140lbs I won't consider myself "fat" anymore.
