INTJ. You should also check out the one at 16personalities.com. The first time I took a quiz like this I scored INTP, but it wasn't a very thorough quiz (I think it was on some sort of website like Playbuzz), and the (approximately) ten other websites I went to all gave me INTJ as a result. Something that's helpful is…

An abrupt change in calorie levels can sometimes cause your period to stop showing up. I'm not actually sure if it'll come back if you just keep going, or if it'll stay gone. Either check with your doctor, or raise your calorie levels to 1500 for a few weeks to see if it makes a difference.

Tuna, chicken, protein shakes, protein bars...

I used to keep my diary completely private because I didn't want people to comment on it and tell me what they think I should or should not be eating, especially since I used to have a binge eating problem and was very sensitive to comments by ANYONE about what I was eating. I only recently made my diary viewable to my…

What's your definition of "too high"? Supposedly the upper tolerable limit of protein is your weight in kilograms x 2.5. Your weight in kilograms (if you don't know) is pounds divided by 2.2. So, if you weigh 150lbs, you "shouldn't" have more than 170g of protein per day.…

Probably because you can get larger amounts of vitamins from supplements than from food. It's always good to cover your basics with good food, like you guys are saying, but sometimes you need larger amounts, which is where supplements come in handy.

Zinc Pantothenic Acid Vitamin D3 Vitamin B Complex Vitamin B6 5-HTP MSM Occasionally: Vitamin A Fish Oil Iron I also have protein powder, but I don't consider that a supplement so much as an occasional meal replacement.

Someone once told me that if you eat dairy with your food then the food won't absorb as well and you'll lose weight. I...no...who has been telling you that stuff...just...no... A gluten-free diet for losing weight is semi-stupid. On one hand, yeah, you can't eat regular cakes and cookies (but gluten-free options are still…

About 5 hours away. I didn't grow up there, though. My birthplace and the place I grew up in are over 700 miles apart.

Do it. Do the peanut butter cups wrapped in bacon. But, other than that, there are other things you can eat besides vegetables to lose weight. They're good for you, but if you've gotten to the point where you want to set them on fire instead of eating them, then maybe you should try other things. Look up paleo recipes.…

MFP only freaks out if you're under 1000 calories.

You could try a planned cheat like someone suggested. One cheat day a month won't wreck ya. As long as you're sticking with your plan the rest of the time.

I generally check the calories, protein, and carbs.

Tell them that's it's your body and that you'll do what you like with it, and that they need to mind their own business and worry about themselves. If they tell you you have an "attitude" tell them you'll stop having an attitude once they start minding your own business. You do need to stand up for yourself and let them…

I don't think that a good deed bragged about necessarily makes it valueless, because I'm assuming it still helped someone. But, on the other hand, it makes it obvious that the only reason you did it was to look like a good person and it says something about your character. I know at least a few people who do things…

Honestly, I just got tired of feeling fat all the time. There was no surge of motivation or anything like that for me. I was just tired of it. I switched my mindset from "there's no point in trying to lose weight" to "there's no point in NOT trying to lose weight". I told myself that even if it was slow going or going…

Not necessarily. Macros do count. http://www.colinmcnulty.com/blog/2011/11/22/a-calorie-is-not-a-calorie-is-not-a-calorie/ Your body reacts differently to carbs/fat/protein. The largest difference is between carbs and fat, because carbs cause your body to release insulin and fat doesn't. The only way fat can make you fat…

Sugar is sugar. You'll get more fiber and nutrition from fruit than, say, a candy bar, but sugar is still sugar.

Check your macros. Fat and protein will keep you fuller longer than carbs will. Intermittent fasting can be good for some people who feel hungry all day, because when you eat all your meals within a small "window" of time, they're bigger. Intermittent fasting can mean anything from something like Leangains' 16/8 (hours…

About two years ago I lost 56lbs in six months. Gained some of it back though (thankfully not all of it). I am the exact same weight I was a year ago, lmfao. I gained like 23.8lbs and then lost it again in about five months.

Valid point. It's refreshing to see someone on the MyFitnessPal forums talk sense instead of giving in to the mob mentality of "you have to eat 1800 calories a day or you'll go into starvation mode!11!!!!!!11" ('starvation mode' is complete crap, btw) Most people on the MFP forums seem to completely disregard height. For…

Check out mybodygallery.com, it gives you a good idea of what people your height look at different weights. If you're really not sure how much you want to lose, then you could just focus on changing your body fat % instead, or focus on fitness goals. I personally figured out what I wanted to weigh based on BMI and bone…

It's best to take it one day at a time and know that your efforts will add up. If you've been going weeks without losing though, you should probably reevaluate your diet/lifestyle and exercise plan. Remember, a 500 calorie deficient from your TDEE will help you lose a pound a week. So, for instance, if your TDEE is 2000,…

I'm currently aiming for 120lbs. I have a small bone structure though and have never been close to that weight at this height, so once I reach that weight I'm going to reevaluate.
-
I suggest focusing on cardio and building muscle on your upper body. Building more muscle on your arms/shoulders/etc will help visually balance out your lower body, and cardio will help you slim overall.

Because of bingeing that started four years ago. I've always been about an average weight for my height, but the bingeing shot me up to being obese. I've actually lost most of my binge weight now, though.
-
Mostly because I'm embarrassed and am more unlikely to log my binges if it's public. Also, I've noticed that people like to tell other people that they're not eating enough or to tell them they should eat this or that. I'll probably unlock my diary when I've got healthy eating habits under control, though.
