Think of losing weight as an opposite of making money. If you save your money, it will be stored and you will have fat pockets. If you spend it, it will shrink until you get broke. However, what you spend on your exercise is your bonus money to spend in order to save more in your bank. lol

I did insanity for a while. Started switching up a little. Also, P90X, T25 and now I'm doing Fitness Blender which will wear you out. lol

I use music, exercise and basically self motivation to get where I'm at. I use to weigh 260lbs but now im 186 lbs. For food, you basically have to slowly transition into healthy foods. If you into it fast, you will feel the need to quit right then and there.

I quitted soda like last year. One of my resolutions. If you need a filler other than soda or tea, how about those natural fruit drinks such as Bolthouse Farm. Diet soda perk is it doesn't have any calories but the downside is it takes its toll on your kidneys. There's so much your kidneys can filter from your body.

Hello, I'm 30 yrs old, 5'9'', 187lbs. I loss like 80 pounds. 60 on my own and 20 in the military. Since then, I exercising mostly every day. It's more like a hobby now. However, still like to eat but I fixed my eating habits. Nice to meet everyone.
