I'm doing it to feel sexy. I've always been fat, always. So I've never felt sexy. And I feel horrible having sex with my bf. I feel like I look like ****, and I'm not confident in bed or anything. Maybe your not eating at a deficit? Try reducing your calorie intake by calories a week and see if it makes any difference. Or maybe you are eating too much carbs. eating too much sugar might be a problem too. and make sure to watch the sodium. I had the same problem as you, so I adjusted my diet and I started loosing :)…

See I know they dont work if you dont exercise and eat at a deficite, what I am asking is if I did that and took a slimming pill (that seems to have good reviews) would the pill actually do anything? I'm not looking for an easy fix. and enough with the links already XD I already know how to eat properly and exercise.
