Your right soreness is not an indicator of progress, that being said you can be making good progress without being sore. Red potatoes are actually good for your diet 1-2 times a week I wouldn't do anymore then that, but its the regular potatoes you want to stay away from, not sure what they are called the ones with brown skin lol so eat up.

Dont listin to anyone here that is telling you to put artificial flavors in your water, or to try and get you water from other sources like fruits or smoothies which is absolutely ridiculous, for one fruits dont have enough water in them and will not help you at all for a water source unless your stranded on a deserted…
