I'm in. My goal will be 2000 calories this week, adding 300 a week until I reach 3500. Mon: walking/jogging for 20 minutes=145 calories Tues: nada Wed: walking/jogging for 20 mins & casual racketball for 20 mins = 212+182=394 Thurs: Fri: Sat: Sun: Guess I better get up in the morning to make my goal! 1461 calories to go
