Hi I put on a load of weight after having a child.. I’m now at my heaviest I’ve ever been in my life! At my lowest I was 10 stone 4 at 21 years old. I’m 26 now and weigh so much more than that haha. 50 pounds is my goal too, and I’ve got 38 weeks to do it because I’m getting married. Really struggling though!

if you have a look at my snacks, you will see that the other 150ml is there. portion size for pasta bolognese is 500g minced beef, 400g pasta, a jar of ragu, 48kcal or so per portion, loads of extra veg, spices etc. divided by 5 people. I thought it would have been more too, but it's honestly not! I couldn't believe it either - hence the reason for me starting this thread. wondering whether or not i should be eating more :D (beauty of slimming world). Slimming world isn't a diet of rabbit food. sigh. yes i am weighing everything correctly. i have lost 20 pounds since january. i am on slimming world, as i said. where you eat as much as you want until you are full. i didn't gain weight because i ate a lot of calories, i gained weight because i ate the wrong kinds of food.
