Thank you sunflower. So would it be better to up my activity level to moderate (or whatever the next one is). This is a fairly typical day 4 days a week and I always make sure I do at least 10k steps even if I don't swim?

Hi There I'm 41 years old. Nearly shed the half stone that has crept on over the last couple of years but then want to keep it off so will still be here to maintain when my last half a pound has gone - or maybe even lose a couple more to give me space to relax a bit on holiday :flowerforyou:

I am an obsessive weigher and weigh myself every day - it keeps me motivated :tongue: and I don't record me weight if it has gone up. I add it when it has gone down and stayed down a couple of days. Far more encouraging to see the cgart going down than up. Good Luck!

Hi There I'm 41 and just switched back to calorie counting and there for MFP from slimming world and much happier doing it this way. I'm nearly at my goal weight, another half a pound to go but will still need to watch what I eat to maintain it once I get there - or maybe even lose a couple more :happy: Look forward to…
