I would say hey spend more time with your kids, don't you know they'll be leaving soon? Wake up and start caring about yourself more, because before you know it you'll have big problems the way you are going! If you want them to bring a recipe when they come, you could put the index card in with the invite if it fits and then she would have all the same cards, not different sizes and you could pick out a nice recipe card so they all match. It's good to have a plan and I think going to the library and trying some videos is great too but be flexible, if you can't get to the video get out and at least get a walk in. I lost most of mine through walking but you need the videos for toning for sure. I still have a lot of toning to do. Be sure not to overdo at first…

I'm a convert to ground turkey over ground beef because of the calorie and fat difference. I make a mean taco salad that has mucho taste and fills you up and has alot less calories than the beef one.
