My worst was FFXIV; the original. It was a huge disappointment on every level. Which was tough because I played FFXI for 10+years, and loved it.

There will always be excuses to not hit your macros or calorie goals. I don't know how old you are, but perhaps it's time to get your own place, and live your own life.

Raspberries are very high in fiber for low calories. Also, if you eat sandwiches you may want to try wraps(whole wheat) in lieu of bread(whole wheat) for similar calories but higher fiber. You may want to browse the cereal isle. I use Kashi Honey Almond flax, which is actually higher fiber than some of those bran cereals.

Got home from work yesterday and undid my belt. Bent over to untie my work boots, and my pants fell down to my ankles. lol ...Time for new jeans.

I log everything; except on occasion the zero calorie things like water or pop. Furthermore, I would say I enjoy doing it. lol

I seriously doubt you're eating enough with your running & workouts @ only 1250 calories/day. You're sabotaging yourself.

It looks like you're just getting started. It takes time for your stomach to shrink, and become accustomed to eating less. The more accurate you are with your calorie and activity levels, the easier it will be to feel satisfied(not stuffed). Accuracy is everything. Hitting your protein & fiber goals will help too.

I wouldn't worry. I've removed people because they had their diary private, and one person simply because of over-posting. It's rarely if ever, anything personal. How can it be if I do not know them? Now if someone blocks you, then you can take that personally. :P

Only weigh yourself once a week. It cuts down on the fluctuations. Choose the same day every week, and do it first thing in the morning before you eat. And show some resolve. Where the mind goes, the body will follow.
