I'm madly in love with the elliptical! When I run and jog my knees hurt but on the elliptical I can go as hard or fast as I want and never start aching (joint wise lol) Also I can keep going for long periods of time on it before I finally get worn down. I love getting out and riding! My ex and I use to ride several miles every day and we were always riding over the bridge to the beach. I need to get my tires aired up and I can start riding again through my neighborhood.

most I've ever weighed was 248 but I lost 30 lbs a couple years back and i keep gaining and losing 20 lbs. I'm now up to 239, was 243 a few days ago. I'm very short and doctor said my lowest healthy weight would be about 115. I'm looking to get to at least 150.
