  • I love to eat them fresh or frozen. Once they get too ripe I will peel what I have left and break them in half and line in tupperware and throw in the freezer. Eaten frozen they are like dessert. This is esp great for me since I cannot do dairy and this is my ice cream substitute.
  • From the My Home tab select Settings and then use the "Change email address/email preferences" to update the notifications you want.
  • OK this is a sign that I must buy a scale. I was actually just goona start a post asking if people wigh their food and if it has helped their success... and this thread was at the top of the list just waiting ofr me! Lov how that happens :-)
  • I would not believe it was the same person either! Congrats!!!!

  • Go for it! I did MMA for about a year and loved it! The school I went to was also 50/50 ratio and mixed ages and sizes. Marial Arts is a great confidence booster and you will learn new things and new people as well as getting in fun exercise. Especially if you have a great discount... Martail arts is a procey sport so…
  • 100 calorie kettle corn popcorn & Carrots - with or without hummus (I sometimes eat enough carrots to turn orange!) & Kashi bluebery waffle w/Better N Peanut Butter or Natural PB
  • Tip for when you up your fiber - do it SLOWLY by adding a few more grams to your diet each day. If you add too much at a time you will get very gassy/bloated and likely loose stools as well. Not fun.
  • I love the Smart Pop - 100 Calorie Mini Bag of Kettle Corn. It's sweet and crunchy and a good sized portion - Only 100 cals and 0 grams of sugar.
  • IMO Pilates is the BEST thing for your core.
  • I love the Luna bars - a few flavors have choc.
  • I put fiber one cereal in my salads every day. I also put in my dinner sometimes - like chix rice n veggies with fiber one sprinkled on top. It has no sugar but it gives everything such a sweet taste and a great crunch.
  • I used dijon honey mustard and apple cider vinegar. Another low cal option is salsa. I had to stop using premade dressings because of the sodium and sugar stats.
  • There are alot of protein powder mixes with zero sugar. Depending on the powder flavor you can mix it up with low fat milk or diet juice drinks.
  • I suggest you monitor your sodium and sugar intake. You can replace the fiber category with sugar. A good goal to stay under is 25 gr for sugarand 1500 for sodium (2500 is the FDA maximum and you are going way over that). It's hard but putting in the effort will at least keep you in a better zone. I saw one day in your…
  • My fav are the Luna bars
  • One suggestsion I would make is to change your traking so you track sugar instead of fiber. My trainer had me set my sugar to a max of 25 grams and that forced me to cut all those "extras" like coffeemate and salad dressing.
  • Woo hoo! I never guess right!
  • Just have a giant salad with a can of tuna and salsa for dressing - or something like this that's full of veggies for dinner. You may not even be that hungry later. And if you go over some it's NOT the end of the world. We all work hard and deserve our occasional treats!
  • You should add the sodium and sugar columns to your diary and adjust the settings for these two items. My trainer had me set my sugar at 25g max and the sodium at 1500 max. This was a big eye opener for me as I used to be low in calories but high in these two things. The only way I can stay around these levels is to cook…
  • I eat before I go out and then have a drink that I sip on for a long time - either red wine or Vodka w/diet coke. If you sip and mingle then there is less notice that you are not keeping up with the food and drink intake of the others around you.
  • I'm loving this thread with all the great recipe ideas and I love veggies too and would love more ideas. Are there any good veggie only cookbooks out there that anyone can recommend?
  • Wow. I'm surprised no one here likes the Better N Peanut Butter. I love it to where I had to stop buying cuz I'd eat the whole jar! It is not the same taste as real PB - it is quite sweet and has a slight chocolate taste added in. I got the low sodium since I found it to be less sweet then the reg. Everyone I've had try it…
  • I'm 5'9" and currently weigh 164. My highest weight is 188 and my lowest weight was about three years ago at 152 which I loved. my goal is to be 155 with body fat in the low 20's. When I was at my lowest I was running and eating about 1500 cal a day. I carry the weight in my trunk/thigh area so running really works for me…
  • If you worry about sizes you'll make yourself crazy. Sizes are so different in every store/brand and there is NO consistency. If you really want to use a size to gauge though you could go get a "goal outfit" in size XL and use that as motivation. Just keep in mind that once you fit into it other stores XL will be either…
