I have run with my second toe broken. The pinky toe may be more of an issue though. For me it helped to put a tight bandaid on it and ice it after.

OMG I spent five years sitting next to a guy that does all these annoying things you all are listing!!! For example: Farting & burping - in front of his fan of course & loudly, even while on the phone doing business. I would have to leave my desk for 15 minutes - and if my boss caught me I would tell them exactly why I was…

^^^^ THIS I would love to be called cute! No matter you're weight when you're tall you're always referred to as BIG. I'm 5'9" and even though I can carry an extra 10-20 pounds without looking fat, I also need to lose 15+ pounds before anyone would ever notice.

If I was losing fat my BF should go down right.. and if it's muscle my BF% would go up. That is what would make sense to me.

Thanks. That's why I'm confused because something HAS to be changing if I'm losing inches. I can't confirm the accuracy of the calculations, but I do think the weight is right- not sure about my BF monitor. Is there a better/simple way to figure BF%. Is there an easy way to calculate BF% then? I have been at 164 with 25%…

I had a POGO BALL! I used to jump on that friggin thing all day!

Up the intensity. It should be fun... but not "comfortable". Spend 30 min doing high intensity is better than 1 hour doing a half *kitten* workout. I know you've got it in you!

I always think a good indicator is the hip to waist ratio. Two women of the same weight and one is a belly and the other is all booty - the women with the belly fat is the one that has more health risks. The OP looks like she has a great waist to hip ratio.

I prob am losing muscle since I've been running more lately and doing less weights (from 4 day a week to 2). But if i'm losing muscle would't I be losing weight? That 5 pound loss on my ticker has not moved in quite a while as I have plateaud at my current weight which is why I started running again. That is how I got to…

I have one of those hand held readers. I can't be sure it's accurate since I haven't used another tester in quite a while.
