Jillian Michaels have a newer DVD called Killer Buns & Thighs that is great. Also a stair stepper is good for pumping up the booty muscles. This has been a goal of mine as well.

I eat them straight from the freezer. I peel them and break them in half and put in a plastic container. Then I just pull out a peice and eat them as is - my favorite healthy treats.

I would try mat Pilates - It's originates from physical training and your not on your feet.

Back in college I used to mix ranch, melted cheese and bacon bits in a bowl and dip french fries into it - like almost every day!

You could do the stairs if there is an air conditioned area.
