True. Comfort from friends , family, chocolate, beer and everything that the other people mentioned is like temporary band aids for it, but the time heals it.

I used to until my friend recommended Feverfew which is natural herb that relief migraines .You can get it from health food store. It helped allot and now I rarely get them :)

I always weigh myself at the end of the month the first thing in the morning before I eat anything to get a consistency reading. I also use the same scale

I use a heart tate monitor and I only track calories burned for cardio.I used to eat all of them back and I still lost weight when I was heavier. Since I am lighter and have only few lns to lose, I now only eat half of them back

ok, the last time I weighed myself it was time of the month so I was wondering why I only dropped 0.5 pound.In a whole month. I also stopped eating all of my exercise calories back

yes you are right that calorie counting is what works more than exercise. For me I always weigh it after cooking since I usually make allot to last me few days so I won't have to cook every night.I find that when its cooked most of the entries are in ounces instead of grams so i convert from grams to ounces .That's just me though. Not sure about others

When I log in cooked meat like stake or ground beef, i always convert it to oz from grams since I only get enteries in oz. Is still as accurate to log in in ounces instead of grams?

ok .Same here.Whenever I am away from home and unable to log my food my portion sizes increases and I would go for that second cookie since I am not forced to fit it into a calorie goal.Logging keeps me accountable
