That's what I thought to since cardio burns more calories than weight training. Also when I gained 20 pounds last winter my clothes got tight and I coudnt fit into my skinny jeans anymore so that's why I thought fat is what makes your clothes tighter

avoid fast food restraurants for a while and start cooking at home.I used to drink allot of sugery juice with my meals all the time and I didn't think I could cut out sugery drinks .Then one day,i decided to stop and replace them with water and now I rarely drink sugery drinks.You can do it:happy:

I use a heart rate monitor and eat back all of them most of the time.It hasn't effected my weight loss in any way

Very true, I worked my butt of getting my car. I had to go to driving school which was very costly and I saved up money to get my first car and when they save allot of money taking public transportation and expect rides from us.hells no:grumble:

I have tried that and she stopped for a while but she recently started asking again.I think being blunt will do the trick but I am worried that it might cause hard feelings between us.We are cool so its not like I don't like her.I just hate having passengers in my car.Its nothing personal

I agree with you but she lives like few minutes away from house so its not too much out my way. I have been offered a rides as well before I had a car and I would gladly accept but I never expected rides or ask for one .I think there is difference being offered a ride and expecting one as if you are entitled to one. Sometimes if offer a ride as favour to someone, they start expecting one based on my experience

I am sure you can still lose weight without exercise but I feel better when I exercise. I love running outside when the weather is nice. Find something that you love and stick to it so it doesn't feel like chore

I exercise 4 times a week for an hour on a avarage.sometimes I will do weight training and cardio (running outside).I also use a food scale and log evrything I eat.I have just been eating more junk lately which is not good
