  • Hey I'm diagnosed EDNOS and I'm trying to recover. Feel free to add me, and good luck with everything x
  • What I actually fund was that Special K, whilst tasty, wasn't actually that filling. So I either had to have two bowls where I would have one, or I wanted to snack more, both of which rather defeat the point...
  • Wii zumba is amazing :) I tend to do it in 40minute sessions, so I get the feeling like I've worked out, but I haven't embarrassed myself in front of anybody haha.
  • Our tap water has sediment in it so I always add squash - it's 2 or 3 calories a time, but I can trick my brain into the thinking the water is a little more normal. So flavouring is the way forward. Also, put ice in the water. It doesn't make it taste much better necessarily, but it does burn a few calories, which might…
  • I'm 102lbs and a size 8-10 I think skinny starts somewhere under 100lbs. So if I get to my GW (99lbs) I could be skinny. Clothes size would be 6 or lower? (these are UK sizes I'm saying...)
  • "If the problem isn't hunger then it can't be solved by food" Stress eating is a big thing for me being at uni. Cheers for posting.
  • Chewing each bite for 30 seconds. It's amazing how even the smallest thing fills you up so much more.
  • Compared to most chocolate bars, a kit kat is rather low in calories (the amount for the whole thing is about half that of a Kinder Bueno for example). So if you /must/ have a chocolate bar then it's the one to go for. OR Wait ten minutes (to see if the feeling passes) Drink water Eat carrot sticks Use a distraction…
  • When I was at home and had access to scales I would weigh myself in the morning and evening, and then maybe on the wiifit if I was on there as well. I find it good to see how much my weight fluctuates during the day. But I wouldn't record my weight on here daily because I don't think it's helpful, and it's subject to…
  • I eat between -300 and 750 on avergae and I've lost weight (and more importantly body mass). I wouldn't let it worry you.
  • Just focus and believe and you'll be fine.
  • I often have -ve calorie days, or days when I eat under 400. I don't have scales so every so often I put the weight I think I've lost in bodymass. But I've been doing this for nearly a month and I show no signs of plateau. I think it'll be different for anyone. What I know from experience is that when you get there if you…
  • Congrats :) My ultimate goal would be to be fit enough to run the Marathon Des Sables. A long way off but still....
  • Bread Sticks? Only 7cals for a mini one :)
  • I'm from Bucks (though university-ing in Birmingham right now) so yep, South East. Feel free to add me and good luck :)
  • The stomach is always one of the last places to go (your body naturally pads there in case you happen to get pregnant), but doing situps/crunches should help somewhat.
  • I used to boredom eat so much too! Drinking water? I always find that helps. I also have an elastic band round my wrist that I snap when I get tempted/cravings. A combination of the two seems to work for me. Maybe also lower your calorie limit? (I don't know what it is now). I find if I have a harder target to aim for I'm…
  • I'm from England - friend request sent :)
  • I'm a first year Politics student. Good luck and feel free to add me :)
  • Water. It doesn't stop it completely, but it makes me feel full. I only used to drink 1-2 glasses a day so my body isn't used to it, but there's a phrase I keep seeing crop up on some weightloss blogs: Skinny girls binge on water (I know you're male, but it's the general principle. If you're full from something else, then…
