I'm close to three digits. I'm in the middle of trying to lose 85lbs. My stats: 5'0" Highest Weight: 230 MFP Starting Weight: 210 Current Weight: 156.2 Goal Weight: 125 Most of the people I started this journey with have dropped out. Would love some new friends to continue on.

I'm 4'11". My highest weight was 230. I started MFP this June at 210 lbs. I'm currently at 160. I'd like to get down to 125.

I went a few months without eating fast food before deciding to indulge. The grease made me so sick that I haven't wanted it since.

I was 230lbs when I swapped my high stress desk job for a low stress desk job. I lost 20 lbs almost immediately. I have been using MFP since June and have lost an additional 49 lbs. I have forty more to go before I reach goal weight.

I'm 4'11". Starting weight on June 1 was 210. Current weight is 161. Hoping to get down to 120. Would love to see a "normal" BMI.

Nothing really derailed me. I just kind of gave up. I'd lost 60+ lbs and was very near my goal weight when I got tired of doing it. I stopped working out. I ate whatever and however much I wanted. I gained it all back plus 20lbs. Looking back I kind of wonder if it wasn't because I considered myself on a diet and got tired…

I started carb cycling a month ago after hitting a plateau. I do 2 days LC, 1 day HC, 3 days LC, 1 day HC. I just can't manage to pull the trigger on a strictly low carb lifestyle. I get most of my carbs on the high carb days from fruit, vegetables and whole grains. I'm not sure if it is the lower carb days or kicking…

I know every body reacts differently, but carb cycling pulled me out of a 4 week plateau. Not sure if it was actually reducing the carbs a few days a week or moving from starchy veggies and white flour to green veggies and multi-grains that made the difference. It was very likely the combination, but it worked for me.
