Sounds good. I'm in.

I knew I was losing weight when I asked my daughter who was in the picture with her. It was me.

5 foot here. SW: 210, CW: 139.8, GW: 125. May have to reassess the goal weight once I get there. :)

I'm 5 foot. I have lost 67lbs since June. My starting weight was 210. Current weight is 143. 18lbs to goal. I don't have any pictures on here, but my profile pic is recent.

67 lbs in 50 weeks. I've fallen off the wagon a few times and allowed myself a few too many weekend binges, but I keep plugging away at it. 20 lbs to goal.
-
Weekend binges are killing my weight loss. Count me in!

You got this.

McDonald's Grilled Chicken Bacon Ranch Salad with fat free balsamic vinegar dressing. 260 calories before the dressing.

I just saw some new shorts at Walmart that had the compression layer with a baggy running short type layer over the top. I was in a hurry so I just looked very quickly, but am planning to pick some up.

Hi. My name is Kris. I started MFP in June of 2014. I have lost 66 pounds so far and am working on the last 20. I log almost every day (skipped a day and lost my streak) and my diary is open to friends. Feel free to add me.

This happens to me for a day or two right before TOM. I usually eat at maintenance on those days and get back on track as soon as the munchies ease.
-
I'm 45, have lost 60 lbs and would like to lose another 25.
-
Before: Pants 20/22, Shirts 2X Now: Pants 8/10 Shirts M/L I'm down 59 pounds and trying to lose 26 more.
-
Excellent advice all. Thank you! I see a new pair of running shoes in my future this weekend!
-
I have said I don't have the calories/carbs for it today so many times that my office mates have started letting me know when we have healthier choices available.

I'm 5". Starting weight was 210. Current weight is 148. Goal weight is 125.
-
I could really use a new challenge too. Count me in if there is space left.
-
Following. After a 60 lbs loss, my back looks like a busted tube of biscuits.

I'm 44. I joined MFP in June at 210lbs. I've lost 56lbs so far and am working on the final 30. I make an effort to move more, walk a little and have recently started using some Jillian Michaels DVD, but I don't really work out much.
-
I lost a lot of weight on WW, but as soon as I stopped attending meetings the weight would always come back. MFP taught me to be accountable to myself rather than trying to earn accolades from the group or stars on my bookmark.

I've lost 56lbs so far and went from a 40D to a 36C. I could really use a B and 1/2. I have 30 lbs to goal and I'm pretty sure I will be wearing a B when I'm done.
-
Hi! I'm 5'0". Starting weight in June was 210. Current weight is 153. My goal weight is 125. I try to stay away from processed foods and carbs (doesn't always work) and my workouts consist of walking and Jillian Michaels DVDS.

Small steps snowball into big results. WTG!

I did it for 12 weeks and lost 20.6 lbs. I was 30lbs into my weight loss when I started. I follwed the Turbo Carb Cycling plan laid out by Chris Powell. M-T LC, W HC, T-F LC, S HC and S Reward Day. I also watched my calories. LC days at 1200 (I'm 4'11 and sedentary), HC days at 1500 and Reward Day at 2500 or less.
-
I started carb cycling when I hit a plateau. It worked like a charm. If you weigh daily, you will see a big jump after a high carb day. Don't let it derail you. Good luck!
-
Feel free to add me. I've been on MFP since June and most of my friends have dropped out. I've lost 54lbs and am working on the final 30.
-
I'm in! Just joined.

Last year I was 210lbs and wearing a size 20. I'm ringing in 2015 at 154 and wearing a size 12!
