I did 30DS, Ripped in 30 and then moved on to her Body Revolution~ I have also done Insanity ( which is amazing ) and P90X is next on my list!!!

It seems to work well for me if I eat the same stuff all the time...I need to not have to " think " about what I'm eating. Just put it in front of me and it's done lol...

Quit smoking 9 days ago.....Trying to walk during my normal break times instead so I don't feel like I need to shove food into my face .....Insanity is much easier now though lol =)

I started out with her 30 Day Shred then went to Ripped in 30 and then her Body Revolution. I think any of her programs work wonders!!! Good luck!!!

I did Phase 1&2 and should have finshed Phase 3 by now but with a hectic schedule I stopped. Planning on starting Phase 3 after my vacation next week! Feel free to add me!! I've seen great results so far!!

I have been working on this since January. When my youngest ( now 8 ) was an infant she slept in the crook of my arm so much that I ended up with Spasmodic Torticollis ( which is pretty much a nerve out of place ). I now get botox shots in my neck and shoulders every 3 months from my neurologist. So far trying to build…

Eat more!! No lie. I had given up on my goal weight ( was 2lbs away forever ). Upped my calories from 1200 to 1560 and boom I lost those 2lbs in the first week of doing it! I still workout 30-60 minutes a day but eating more did it for me!! Don't give up though!! We are here for you!!!

Love it!!! I am on Phase 1 Week 2! I haven't measured yet but have done my weekly weigh in and am down 2lbs so far. Not doing the meal plan as I'm also a picky eater but have tried a few of her meals!! Anyone doing the BR feel free to add me!!!
