Yes, I've been there. It's can be very embarrassing, but hopefully your doctor isn't judgemental and is kind while being sensible about it. And, remember to be kind to yourself, above all. My doctor has a horrible bed-side manner, and I think he just looks at me as a number/statistic. O well, I'll show him!
