If you type or say "How many grams of sugar in apple" (or tomato or pineapple or grape etc) into google it'll tell you the grams right at the top of the screen. Use your smart phone...google has a voice function and apple has siri...

Non asterisk means its in the data base. I don't think you can search for only non asterisk'd items. You'll have to trust that 11 users have all read the nutrition facts and that they were correct when they confirmed it. I too make sure my protein stays high. Generally I aim for 40/30/30 Protein/fat/carbs. I'll typically get my protein and fats where they should be and let the carbs fluctuate. The MFP suggestions were not even close to what they needed to be for my fitness goals.

I went the starvation route...eating like 400-500 calories per day...it was awesome. I was tired, sick, and lost a bunch of weight pretty quickly. I quickly realized that all the weight loss was from muscle loss...so I don't do that anymore...lol

I've been taking Scivation's Xtend (BCAA's) during my workouts and between breakfast and lunch for almost 3 weeks...I'm not sure if I notice much of a difference though.

I hate all those pictures titled "Friends don't let friends skip leg day" cuz I sort of relate. My arms aren't huge yet but 16.5" is a lot bigger than 14.5"... I work the shiz outta my calves to try and get them to grow but since i'm cutting fat at the moment I doubt i'll put any size on them until my calories come back…

I don't think I saw PUMP-HD listed. I get a huge pump from that stuff. I also take C4 most days but the new formula of N.O.Xplode, and MP's Assault are what I want to try next. I've got a sample pack of Bullnox...but i'm scared to try it. I don't want to screw with my test levels.

You're not counting now and you're losing right? So keep doing what you're doing and when you get to the size you want to be, eat more...if you start getting too big again, eat less. You don't have to read lables or count if you dont wanna.
