Yes...I used to suffer from noassatall but when i found walking lunges, squats, high position leg presses, split squats, and deadlifts...I found Ms. New Booty. You cannot control where you deposit your fat, of course...but you can grow and shape the muscles that lies beneath (except calves...they don't even...lol).

I think heaviness is dependant on arm size vs height. For instance, my arm is 13.6875" and my height is 74". If you divide 74 by 3 and multiply it by the square of my arm size then divide by 10, that would mean that roughly 463 pounds is heavy to me. This is correct, i believe this to be heavy.

Motivation is not just had. You have to get it. Motivation comes from setting and achieving goals. The process is really simple and if you just stick to it you will make progress. Set a small goal and kill it...then set a slightly less easy goal and smash that one...then set a harder goal and achieve again! Pretty soon…

I admit that I'm not always paleo, but when I am paleo...i also find that it works.

banana 1-2% milk and protein scoop. Roughly 500 calories. Somedays a clif bar and a monster...also roughly 500 calories but lots of sugarz. When i have 10 minutes, cup of oats, milk and 6 eggs with a couple ounces of cheese...about 800-900 calories.

I get unnecessarily angry at this. Especially when somebody intentionally pulls their shiz out with 1 second or so left. If this happens a few more times I might unplug the zapper and chuck it at the culprit.
