Awesome! I'm in! I love the feeling of taking back control. "Closing the kitchen" at 6 or 7 pm for the past week has been great! I use the acronym GTBH!! (go to bed hungry!) I'm getting in proper calories and exercise, but the late night snacking is such a challenge!
