Did the following: W2D1L2 - 9,11,8,8,13 total 49 W2D2L2 - 10,12,9,9,13 total 53 W2D3L2 - 12,13,10,10,16 total 61 Although I don't feel like I'm making that much progress I did manage to do 16 on my last max effort and doing the first 12 on day 3 did seem ok (ish).   • Have finished week 1 with the following: W1D1L2 - 6,6,4,4,12 total 32 W1D2L2 - 6,8,6,6,12 total 38 W1D3L2 - 8,10,7,7,12 total 44 So making slow progress, but at least its progress. Not liking the look of the end of next week but if I manage to complete it all then at least I'll know I'm getting somewhere. Good work…
