Hello- I am recently rejoining MFP. I lost 35-40 lbs with this site, then got a bf (now ex) who all he did was workout and try and get ig likes, so then I lost my love of fitness. Need friends to help motivate me back into why I strive to be fit in the first place!

Chick pea cookie doughnut. I know it sounds weird but honestly it has helped me. 2 tablespons is about 180 cal but it contains protein protein protein! Also protein sludge shakes---protein scoop, 2 scoops of peanut butter amd 2 tsp of raw cacao powder and then some ice---tastes like a milkshake and again not that many…

Will someone mentor me??? B) I am still recovering from intensive reconstructive ankle surgery (hopefully next week). I can do upper body and ab workouts, and soon lower body but limited. Thing is my eating has to be on point and sthat's what I struggle with the most. Someone message me :) -Annette

I run every other day. Farthest I am running right now is 5 miles. My goal is to run 5 miles without having to walk part of it and to soon get my 5 miles under 50 min! I have shin splints and some days just don't want to do it so I am totally for motivating anyone if in turn they motivate me!

^^ Definitely this. If I know I don't have enough, I work out harder or something. Some other things I do too are brush my teeth after dinner or drink a big glass of tea with some natural honey. Then I see I don't really have the snacking urges any more
