Hey there! i have a similar history, so I totally understand. I'm at the 'trying to get healthy and fit' stage too, although with the last bout of bingeing I did gain a bit and am trying to bring it down 5 pounds. Anyway, feel free to add me! :)

I've never had tons of results, but I've also never kept at it or done it with kcal reduction. The ONE time I did it steadily for 2 weeks though, I noticed at the end of the second week that my skirts were fitting better and my tummy was tighter... so if I can keep it up I'm hoping...? :-)
