  • They're so high in calories (have you ever looked at the calcount on cheescake?!? lol) and even a little makes a difference that I'm hungry later. I don't know how to explain it.

What if I get to my goal weight and start gaining again? I can't imagine a life without chocolate and a good wine and cheese platter!
  • I've done water fasting for about three days, and it's awful. The hunger doesn't go away. I highly suggest juice fasting instead.   • Thanks guys! I know 900 isn't enough, which is why I posted. My issues in the past have always been tied to overeating, so this is new to me, and my go to has always been carby things like chips, breads, crackers. Cottage cheese sounds great! I def won't eat all of that in one or two days.
