I would do what ever works for you, however, I know the program is based off doing them in 10 day increments so maybe try doing the same one 3 days in a row atleast? or as many days as you can stand it!

It's better to maintain the weight then gain the weight back you have been so hard at working off!

Try a Hot Power yoga, the heat helps you stretch and the quick pace keeps you interested. Plus, its a great work out. I used to be the same way with flexibility but after taking the hot yoga for about 3 months I have seen massive improvements in my flexibility and in my body in general.
