A little late here but Growing Naturals Brown Rice Protein powder is great & not chalky. I normally put a scoop of that, almond milk & frozen bananas in a blender and enjoy. I like the chocolate one, it satisfies my sweet tooth!

I read somewhere to multiple 1.1 by your weight. I got a HRM recently and it was correct within 10 calories.

Technically you dont need any seasoning for steak, but I like to use fresh minced garlic & fresh cracked pepper. I just rub it on & cook. But I like mine damn near bloody. You just cant beat a rare steak & glass of red wine. Man, now Im hungry!

I would definitly suggest bumping up your calories to even 1350 or more, considering you work out so much. Your body is probably going into starvation mode. Bump up your calories for the week & I bet you will see a loss at the end of the week!

That looks good, I would definitly suggest keeping you calorie intake on the higher of the low end. Also alot of people zig zag their calories for the week. Im not a 100% Italain but I do have a big italian family. I get that too! I just take smaller portions than I normally would. My response to people when they say , "Your skinny as it is, or You don't need to lose anymore weight" is "Well, you haven't seen me naked." & that normally shuts them up. haha

Yes, its possible. You need to eat fruits and veggies though. If it won't rot don't eat it. Its very easy to go over 2000 Calories if your eatting processed foods.

Hi Butter, I also started yesterday! I am sore, but the best thing for sore muscles is stretching & exercise as it releases the lactic acid thats built up. Try to do it today for as long as you can. Even if its only 5 minutes!

im 5'8" started @155 @144 now. i'd like to be 139-135 My smallest ever was like 125 ( in HS) which is way to small.

Alot of people get sick from vitamins becuase of the added Iron in it. You wam want to find one that has no added Iron?

I like to make smoothies, Ill use greek non fat yogurt fresh berries Ripe banana & a tad OJ. It gives me the sweetness I like but packs in the protein and its all healthy! Or there are a lot of "Yogurt lands or froyo" type places, you serve your self & you can add fresh fruit. So its replaces ice cream for me. I LOVE ice…

A good way to tone up is Hot Power yoga, or Bikram Yoga. It will definitly give the the toning you desire.
