I have one of those.... He is better though, I've had a conversation with him, and have asked for his support, maybe you could do the same? However, you can't stop him eating junk food, so you might just need will power, or do something to keep your mind of the junk food?

Totally, I get this too. I also have really bad cramps that wake me up in the middle of the night about a week prior to getting TOM. When I'm working out, everything seems to flow heavier too. So uncomfortable argh.

Thanks guys? Yes I've given up on weighing myself too. When do you think is the best time to weigh? Like a week after TOM? I get really tired and have a lack of energy as well.

What a ****... I think you deserve better. You deserve someone who will like you no matter what size you are. What i've learned is that you should not do this for anyone else but your self. If you want to change, then you do it for you. Forget about him, concentrate on you :-) Take care.
