I took a rest day yesterday so I completed my 50 squats today and am about to go start my 50 pushups. I wonder how many I can do in a row on my toes before my body physically has to stop? hmm we'll see

Thanks, and you're right they hurt but in a good way. A "I know this is going to make my stomach look better" way.

I am confused are supposed to be doing 50 or 100. I did 50 so I can just go do some more. Also can I do some of then straight leg instead of knees at 90 degrees?
