Week 1 sucked big time for me. I could do only 2 workouts before i stubbed my toes. It was quite painful so i decided to take some time off. But i ate clean. So i did lose 0.5 kg. It is a small change, but in the right direction.

I have about 4 dresses that i wanna get into.Losing some inches will guarantee that. I had 1 dress made of pure cotton, and it shrunk after a wash and i had to lose about 3 inches from my hips to realize it. Anyhoo..good riddance.

My CW is 76 kg. My first goal is 69kg. i have not left the 70s for last 6 or so years. Will buy some new shirts and tops. I have always stay away ftom sleeveless tops coz of my fats arms.

I was invited to a pizza party after work. But i said no because 1) i didn't want to eat any junk food. That's a new thought because i never say no to pizza, atleast not to free one. 2) i just wanted to get back home to workout because i missed it in the morning. So yaayyy!!!

Wish i could say i killed Day 1, but it killed me. But i finished it. Since it is just first day, i'm not discouraged because i used modifiers. After 15 mins, i felt my heart literally crawling up throat trying to escape lol.
