How are you faring Level 1?
Day 1 done. Did pushups without modifications. I have done level 1 so many times, yet everytime it is challenging. Now i gotta work on the number of reps of pushups on my toes.

Intermittent fasting newbie needs help!!
I'm experimenting with IF. I have been fasting from 4.30 pm to 8.30 am the next day. I usually workout twice a day. Walking, pilates or dancing in the evening and HIIT in the morning. My first meal after fasting is breakfast. Does IF have specific 16-hour fasting schedule? Some articles i read suggest skipping breakfast.…

It is definitely a NSV!
I wore a shirt that i had not worn in a long time when i realized it is roomy in the waist area. Guess what? I lost some fat rolls in my back. There was very little to grab. Totally made my day. But sadly it makes my muffin top look more prominent. Well you can't have everything in one day. Good riddance!!!

How are you faring Week 2?
Day 1 Cardio First 12 mins was great. I was not very much out of breath. But my legs had turned jello. I was sweating from every pore. Burnout sessions are killers. Dunno if i will ever get used to it. Last 10 mins i took 4 pauses so that my legs won't collapse. Atleast i was better than last week.
