I wore a shirt that i had not worn in a long time when i realized it is roomy in the waist area. Guess what? I lost some fat rolls in my back. There was very little to grab. Totally made my day.
But sadly it makes my muffin top look more prominent. Well you can't have everything in one day. Good riddance!!!

Good job!! I'm in the same boat, I can finally fit into something I haven't worn in years. but it makes my tummy roll more prominent.
