I don't blame you if you don't want to go this route but I have been using Belviq and they really help with the cravings. My other advice would be to bring something filling with you and eat it before the cravings (eg an apple) -- I know once I start eating sugar it can be hard to stop.

Would you share a sample from your diary with me? I have the same amount to lose although I am older. I am eating about 1300-1600 calories a day and no changes... Do I need to step it up?

Amy's makes a noodle-- but it is pricey in comparison. Why are we paying more to NOT have msg added? I agree that ramen is not healthy.
