The scale stayed the same for me...that's why I'm focusing on NSV right now...as I'm sitting here in a pair of jeans I have never worn because they were too tight. They are a little loose on me now :)

I'm wearing a skirt to the office that I haven't worn in two years because it never fit! It's a little tight now, but I could zip it up!! Also, my friend bought me a shirt last night...just grabbed one that she thought was my size. And it's a little too big! I love it :)

I'm halfway through the Couch to 5K. Today is my first day of running 20 minutes straight. OMG I'm freaking out.

That sounds like so much fun! I've never done a 5K before...never been much of a runner. As a woman who's...erm...top heavy I never really got into it. I've started the couch to 5K app and I'm starting to like it. I'm now searching for my own first 5K to do. Zombies sound fun!

When I walked naked to my bathroom this morning, I caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror...and was happy that the amount of jiggling has decreased dramatically. WHEW!
