Losing weight for him? NOT worth it! You should do it for yourself to the point you feel good and comfortable with your body because that's what you deserve. (Not to be treated like that.)

Try Jillian Michaels' dvds. Ripped in 30 for example, its just ~20 min/day and you really feel it.

Watch your portions. You'll get half the cals if you just eat half of whaterver you order (plates are normally pretty big)

You can try to re-make Taco Bell's plate with your own healthy ingredients. That's what I do whenever I crave something like that.

Thats not a bad thing, it means you are building up muscles! Which could be heavier than fat. Try to measure specific parts of your body, you could be losing inches which is better.
