Hi.. i have been advised by my sister-in-law, who is a nutritionist, that if i am still trying to loose weight, that I don't eat the calories I burn each day. she tells me that when i get to the maintenance part of my goals, i then would eat the calories. As for what type of exercises you should do... i really don't know.…

I too think you should do as you wish, however, since i started with MFP, i have made sure to eat breakfast every day, and have felt better for it. On weekends, i usually skip lunch and then have a healthy supper, and feel great. I am using a 1200 calorie a day program, and i believe that i have only hit it twice.. (add a…
