  • My go to breakfast is one cup egg whites blended with 1 cup frozen strawberries and 3 teaspoons stevia. 1/2 cup oatmeal measured dry then cooked. 1 tablespoon of pure maple syrup. On a day I need something quick I substitute 2 pieces of whole wheat toast for the oatmeal so I can eat on the run.
