I'm 5'4 and I'm currently 157 lbs and in uk size 12/14 . My goal is 144 lbs but when I reach that If I'm not 100% happy I will set a lower goal.. I'm a lot happier with the way I look compared to what I looked like in June when I started to lose weight.
