  • Hi! My diary is open but i've only been doing MFP for the past week so i will be interested to see what everyone else is doing too :o)
  • My sister is getting married in Cyprus in september and i want to look good in the wedding photos. Oh and also to feel much better about myself and to give myself a lot more confidence :o)
  • I started the 30 Day Shred on Sunday and after 2 attempts i still can't finish it but i'm going to keep going every day until i can finish it! I hardly got any exercise before i started this and my shoudler muscles are very sore but i will keep going as i'm determined not to let it beat me! Good luck :o)
  • I started using MFP last Monday and i have been eating a minimum of 1200 calories a day too. I weighed myself at the weekend and i had lost 5lbs but the people i have spoken to have said that is normal for the first week of dieting so i won't be expecting to drop another 5lb's this week!
