Is the Wii fit board on carpet or a solid surface? Generally it is best to have any scale on a flat, solid surface. Good luck with your journey!

I don't have this specific HRM, but I have a garmin and I had to download a full user's manual online at their website. It only came with a quick setup guide which didn't help at all. Good luck!

I go to the exercise tab and then click on my exercises. Then at the top you will see a create exercise button. That will let you name your exercise and then enter how many minutes you worked out for and calories burned. Hope that helps! Good luck and keep up the great work!

I absolutely love Insanity! My favorite workout ever! I have done some of the P90X dvd's but not fast paced enough for me. I do know several people who have done P90X and have had great results. One of them has even been on one of the TV informercials. Good luck on your journey!

I eat the same thing for Lunch M-f. And I eat the same breakfast everyday of the week. Lunch consists of a homemade Turkey and vegetable soup that I make big batches of and freeze. For breakfast I eat oatmeal, blueberries, egg whites and coffee. It does help me stick with my healthy eating my doing this. Hope this helps!

I make a big batch of soup and freeze individual servings and thaw them out every night as needed. I don't have a problem eating the same meal at lunch all week long 5 days in a row.

I think you have to have the watch on so it will be close enough to register correctly. I just bought a new HRM the Garmin FR60 and I love it! I had another watch only HRM, and it did not work at all. Definitely get one with a chest strap. My Garmin had the option to buy an upgraded chest strap that is very comfortable.…
