Sounds yummy! I am a sucker for anything made with pumpkin!

I am interested to find out some information on this also. Bump!

Sounds good! I will check it out!

Our church offers a $5 a year membership for their indoor track and fitness room. And you don't have to be a member. Maybe a church in your area has something like that. Also, if you go to Beachbody.com and look for local fit clubs there may be a free or cheap workout club in your area. Good luck with your journey!

I just read an article about Jennifer Hudson's weight loss and she said one of the things that she does is called "The Trilogy". It is 25 squats, 25 pushups and 25 ab moves. Then you rest for one minute, then repeat this sequence for at least 15 minutes. Sounds like a good old fashioned workout that is free!

Amazing results! You look fabulous! Congratulations!

I cook my egg whites in the microwave everyday. I actually prefer them that way. So much fluffier!
-
Amazing! You look great! Keep up the hard work!

I actually switched from Ortho-tricyclen to ortho-tricyclen lo due to migraine problems. I am predisposed to them though. I lost 60 lbs while on the regular ortho, so weight loss was not a problem for me. If you are already on a weight loss track, eating healthy and exercising then I don't think you will have a problem.…

Wow! What a success story! You look fantastic!

You can change the protein setting by going to home, then goals, click change goals at the bottom and then click custom goals. This will allow you to change the percentage of carbs, protein and fat.
-
Mfp is very low on the protein goal. You can manually change it if you go to goals and then click on change goals and do the custom goal setting. I always strive for at least 100 grams or more of protein a day. If you are trying to build lean muscle, then you want to make sure you are getting enough protein. Good luck in…

I watch it and I am 38. I think it sends a very powerful message to teens. Raising a child with or without help from parents or the father of the child is difficult. It is not easy and there are struggles to endure everyday. I also love that they show Caitlyn and Tyler who have such a positive message to share about the…

He will do that! Insanity is an awesome workout! It will definitely let you know where you stand! Good luck and "dig deep"!

I use the chocolate shakeology and I think it tastes awesome! I recommend mixing it with Silk unsweetened almond milk and some natural peanut butter. I also throw in a 1/2 banana. The almond milk only adds 35 calories for 1 cup.

I just finished Day 12 of Insanity! I have been doing it 2 times a week for a few months now, but I decided to go full out with it! I absolutely love it! Good luck and results!

I have Garmin FR60 and I don't really use it for running, but it has a lot of functions for runners. You do have to get a foot pod that sync's with it to track the miles ran. I bought mine on heartratemonitorsusa.com I am also doing the Warrior Dash in October. Good luck to your husband!

The serving size of the instant should be alot less than the steel cut or old fashioned oats. If you are buying individual serving packets of unflavored oats, then the other macronutrient info should be the same for the same serving size. But if you are using flavored individual serving packets, then I would use either the…

If you don't mind shopping online, check out heartratemonitorsusa.com. I purchased my Garmin Fr60 through them and know of several other people that have purchased through this website. The site allows you to shop and compare different hrm's very easily. I think you can get the Garmin FR60 under $100 if you do not get the…

1 and 1/4 cup of egg whites has about 30 grams of protein. I eat them every morning! Just an idea!

Do you have a heartrate monitor? I do Insanity and generally burn around the 600-700 calorie mark for most of the workouts. I am 5'5" and weigh about 136. If you figure you are burning around the same as I do, then you should be eating around the 1900 calorie mark. You have to fuel your body to do that strenuous of a…

I have a heart rate monitor, and today I did the cardio X and burned 280 calories, another day I burned 291. I am about 5'5" and weigh about 135ish. You could also log it under circuit training or aerobics and see what calorie burn MyFitnessPal comes up with for you height and weight. Good luck! Enjoy P90X!

I generally burn anywhere between 500-700 calories. Do you have a Heart Rate Monitor?

Bump! I would love to hear everyones answers to this too. I am pretty much where you are right now.

I have read, used several methods to calculate and been told by a couple of different trainers to have my protein at this percentage. I am trying to lose body fat and lean out, so these percentages work great for me. Everyone is different of course. Here is a link to a website that I have used to calculate these…

You can go into goals and change the percentage of carbs, protein and fat. You can up your protein. I have mine set at 45, 35 and 20% respectively. If you are working out and especially if you are doing any strength training, you need more protein.

Fantastic Transformation! You look awesome!
-
My burn is right at 100 cals for the entire workout. I am 37, 5'5" and weight 136.

Bump! Interested in what everyone has to say.
