So I've decided that my goal is going to be get back to the 150s, and then just focus on staying there. I need to figure out how much I can eat to maintain. So hopefully in a few weeks I'll be back in the 150s

The past few months I haven't done well with eating. I was down to 148 4 months ago and now I'm 162.6. I've been eating wayy too much. But spring is just around the corner and I really want to fit in my summer clothes! My goal for March is to lose at least 5 pounds. With the warmer weather I will be out walking my dogs…

Hey guys, I've been a member of this group for pretty close to 2 years I believe. I had lost just over 50 pounds from October 2019 to October 2020. I was 148.8 on October 31st. Since then I've gained a few back (156.1 this morning) and have been having a hard time, just feeling hungry a lot. I did lose .9 this past week…
