Just keep at it. During my TOM I have an exercise break so I don't get burned out and it does wonders for my motivation. Basically I exercise 3 weeks a month to keep me going. I nearly always see a big loss a week after TOM because that's my maintenance week and then I hit the gym hard and it always pays off.

I run at a time when it's not too hot if it's summer. I always wear long runner trackies because I'm self conscious about my looks as well. Probably not you want to hear, but just know you are not alone. (If it is blistering hot enough that you CAN'T run with pants I wouldn't want to run even with shorts and go to the air…
